John Paluck (John Joseph Paluck) was born on May 23, 1935 in Swoyersville, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Swoyersville (PA), Paluck attended the University of Pittsburgh. Paluck made his professional debut in the NFL in 1956 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1956 was John Paluck's best year, as he recovered 3 opponents fumbles and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
