John Milem (John Ray Milem) was born on June 9, 1975 in Concord, North Carolina. After going to high school at West Rowan (Salisbury, NC), Milem attended Lenoir-Rhyne College. Milem made his professional debut in the NFL in 2000 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 2000 was John Milem's best year.
