John McPherson

Born on March 9, 1869 in Easton, Pennsylvania, John McPherson (John Jacob McPherson) played for the Philadelphia Athletics and Philadelphia Phillies over the course of his 2 year career. McPherson broke into the bigs on July 12, 1901 with the Philadelphia Athletics, and put up a 3.66 ERA in 128 innings pitched in 1904, his rookie year.
