John Love

John Love (John Louis Love) was born on February 24, 1944 in Linden, Texas. After going to high school at Booker T. Washington (Mawlin, TX), Love attended Cisco JC and the University of North Texas. Love made his professional debut in the NFL in 1967 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Los Angeles Rams and Washington Redskins over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1967 was John Love's best year, as he had 422 kick return yards, ran back a kickoff for a touchdown and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
