John Leypoldt

John Leypoldt (John Howard Leypoldt) was born on March 31, 1946 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at Washington & Lee (Arlington, VA), Leypoldt attended Northern Virginia Community College. Leypoldt made his professional debut in the NFL in 1971 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills and Seattle Seahawks over the course of his 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1973 was John Leypoldt's best year, as he made 21 field goals.
