John Druze (John Francis Druze) was born on July 3, 1914 in Newark, New Jersey. After going to high school at Frank H. Morrell (Irvington, NJ), Druze attended Fordham University. Druze made his professional debut in the NFL in 1938 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for his entire 1 year career.
