Born on September 30, 1967 in Fort Bragg, California, John DeSilva (John Reed DeSilva) played for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Detroit Tigers and Baltimore Orioles over the course of his 2 year career. DeSilva broke into the bigs on August 15, 1993 with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
