John Cowne (John Kendall Cowne) was born on May 23, 1962 in Fairfax, Virginia. After going to high school at Brentsville (Nokesville, VA), Cowne attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute. Cowne made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 1 year career.
