Joey Smith (Joey Smith) was born on May 30, 1969 in Knoxville, Tennessee. After going to high school at Austin-East (Knoxville, TN), Smith attended the University of Louisville. Smith made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1992 was Joey Smith's best year, as he had 564 kick return yards.
