Born on January 30, 1965 in Jacksonville, Florida, Joel Davis (Joel Clark Davis) played for the Chicago White Sox for his entire 4 year career. Davis broke into the bigs on August 11, 1985 with the Chicago White Sox, and put up a 4.16 ERA in 71.1 innings pitched in 1985, his rookie year.
