Joe Wendlick (Joseph P. Wendlick) was born on December 14, 1915 in Portland, Oregon. Wendlick attended Oregon State University. Wendlick made his professional debut in the NFL in 1940 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1941 was Joe Wendlick's best year.
