Born on October 12, 1930 in Providence, Rhode Island, Joe Trimble (Joseph Gerard Trimble) played for the Boston Red Sox and Pittsburgh Pirates over the course of his 2 year career. Trimble broke into the bigs on April 29, 1955 with the Boston Red Sox.
