Joe Taibi (Joseph Paul Taibi) was born on February 22, 1963. After going to high school at East (Pueblo, CO), Taibi attended the University of Idaho. Taibi made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
