Joe Skibinski (Joseph J. Skibinski) was born on December 23, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Vocational (Chicago, IL), Skibinski attended Purdue University. Skibinski made his professional debut in the NFL in 1952 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Green Bay Packers and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1952 was Joe Skibinski's best year.
