Joe Silipo (Joseph Martin Silipo) was born on December 31, 1957 in Glen Cove, New York. After going to high school at Ward Wellville (Long Island, NY), Silipo attended Tulane University. Silipo made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 1 year career.
