Joe Shipp (Joseph Delano Shipp) was born on July 25, 1955 in Long Beach, California. After going to high school at Carson (CA), Shipp attended the University of Southern California. Shipp made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 1 year career.
