Joe Rowe (Joseph Rowe) was born on December 8, 1973 in East Elmhurst, New York. After going to high school at Greensville County (VA), Rowe attended the University of Virginia. Rowe made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the St. Louis Rams. He played for the St. Louis Rams for his entire 1 year career.
