Joe Rossi (Joseph Anthony Rossi) was born on March 13, 1921 in Oakland, California. He made his Major League debut on April 20, 1952 for the Cincinnati Reds. In 1952, his rookie year, he hit .221 with 1 home run and 6 RBI. Rossi played for the Cincinnati Reds for his entire 1 year career.
