Joe Repko (Joseph Repko) was born on March 15, 1920 in Lansford, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Lansford (PA), Repko attended Boston College and Seton Hall University. Repko made his professional debut in the NFL in 1946 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Los Angeles Rams and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 4 year career.

Most people believe that 1947 was Joe Repko's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
