Joe Pivarnik (Joseph John Pivarnik) was born on February 18, 1912 in Bridgeport, Connecticut. After going to high school at Warren G. Harding (Bridgeport, CT), Pivarnik attended the University of Notre Dame. Pivarnik made his professional debut in the NFL in 1936 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
