Joe Pisarcik (Joseph Anthony Pisarcik) was born on July 2, 1952 in Kingston, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Central Catholic (Kingston, PA), Pisarcik attended New Mexico State University. Pisarcik made his professional debut in the NFL in 1977 with the New York Giants. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1978 was Joe Pisarcik's best year, as he threw for 2096 yards and tossed 12 TDs.
