Joe Mulbarger (Joseph G. Mulbarger) in , OH. After going to high school at East (Columbus, OH), Mulbarger attended none. Mulbarger made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Columbus Panhandles. He played in the APFA for 2 years, playing for the Columbus Panhandles the entire time. Mulbarger also played in the NFL for 5 years, playing for the Columbus Tigers and Columbus Panhandles over the course of his 5 year NFL career.
