Joe Muha (Joseph George Muha) was born on April 28, 1921 in Central City, Pennsylvania. Muha attended Virginia Military Institute. Muha made his professional debut in the NFL in 1946 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1947 was Joe Muha's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown and had a 43.5 yard punt average.
