Joe Morris (Joseph E. Morris) was born on September 15, 1960 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. After going to high school at Ayer (MA) and Southern Pines (NC), Morris attended Syracuse University. Morris made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1985 was Joe Morris's best year, as he ran for 1336 yards and ran in 21 TDs.
