Joe Mickles (Joe Mickles) was born on December 25, 1965 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at Gardendale (Birmingham, AL), Mickles attended the University of Mississippi. Mickles made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the San Diego Chargers and Washington Redskins over the course of his 2 year career.
