Joe Mccall (Joseph Shepard McCall) was born on February 17, 1962 in Miami, Florida. After going to high school at Jackson (Miami, FL), Mccall attended the University of Pittsburgh. Mccall made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Los Angeles Raiders. He played for the Los Angeles Raiders for his entire 1 year career.
