Born on January 13, 1930 in Somerset, Pennsylvania, Joe Margoneri (Joseph Emanuel Margoneri) played for the New York Giants for his entire 2 year career. Margoneri broke into the bigs on April 25, 1956 with the New York Giants, and put up a 3.93 ERA in 91.2 innings pitched in 1956, his rookie year.
