Joe Magliolo (Joseph Magliolo) was born on October 17, 1922 in Galveston, Texas. After going to high school at Ball (Galveston, TX), Magliolo attended the University of Texas. Magliolo made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1948 with the New York Yankees. He played for the New York Yankees for his entire 1 year career.
