Joe Mack (Joseph John Mack) was born on January 4, 1912 in Chicago, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on April 17, 1945 for the Boston Braves. In 1945, his rookie year, he hit .231 with 3 home runs and 44 RBI. Mack played for the Boston Braves for his entire 1 year career.
