Joe LaFleur (Harry Joseph LaFleur) was born on March 3, 1896 in DePere, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Escanaba (WI) and Oshkosh (WI), LaFleur attended Marquette University and St. Norbert College. LaFleur made his professional debut in the NFL in 1922 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 3 year career.
