Joe Keeble (Joseph Bailey Keeble) was born on August 29, 1909 in Cleburne, Texas. After going to high school at Oneonta Military Academy (CA), Keeble attended the University of California - Los Angeles. Keeble made his professional debut in the NFL in 1937 with the Cleveland Rams. He played for the Cleveland Rams for his entire 1 year career.
