Joe Katchik (Joseph Katchik, Jr.) was born on January 9, 1931 in Plymouth, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Plymouth (PA) and Wyoming Seminary (Kingston, PA), Katchik attended the University of Notre Dame. Katchik made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the New York Titans. He played for the New York Titans for his entire 1 year career.
