Joe Hutcheson (Joseph Johnson Hutcheson) was born on February 5, 1905 in Springtown, Texas. He made his Major League debut on July 8, 1933 for the Brooklyn Dodgers. In 1933, his rookie year, he hit .234 with 6 home runs and 21 RBI. Hutcheson played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for his entire 1 year career.
