Joe Hugret (Joseph Jon Hugret) was born on April 11, 1909 in Torrington, Connecticut. After going to high school at Bristol (CT), Hugret attended New York University. Hugret made his professional debut in the NFL in 1934 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for his entire 1 year career.
