Joe Guyon (Joseph Napoleon Guyon) was born on November 26, 1892 in Mahnomen, Minnesota. Guyon attended Carlisle Indian and Georgia Institure of Technology. Guyon made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Canton Bulldogs. He played in the APFA for 2 years, playing for the Canton Bulldogs and Washington Senators over the course of his 2 year APFA career.Guyon also played in the NFL for 5 years, playing for the Oorang Indians, New York Giants, Kansas City Cowboys and Rock Island Independents over the course of his 5 year NFL career.
