Joe Glenn (Joseph Charles Glenn) was born on November 19, 1908 in Dickson City, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on September 15, 1932 for the New York Yankees. In 1939, his rookie year, he hit .273 with 4 home runs and 29 RBI. Glenn played for the New York Yankees, St. Louis Browns and Boston Red Sox over the course of his 8 year career.
