Joe Fishback (Joe Fishback) was born on November 29, 1967 in Knoxville, Tennessee. After going to high school at Austin-East (Knoxville, TN), Fishback attended Carson-Newman College. Fishback made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Dallas Cowboys, New York Jets and Atlanta Falcons over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1991 was Joe Fishback's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
