Joe Cummings (Joe Edward Cummings) was born on June 8, 1974 in Missoula, Montana. After going to high school at Stevensville (MT), Cummings attended the University of Wyoming. Cummings made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the Buffalo Bills and San Diego Chargers over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1999 was Joe Cummings's best year.
