Joe Cocozzo (Joseph Ramond Cocozzo) was born on August 7, 1970 in Mechanicville, New York. After going to high school at Mechanicville (NY), Cocozzo attended the University of Michigan. Cocozzo made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 5 year career.
