Joe Cibulas (Joseph J. Cibulas) was born on May 31, 1921 in Whitney, Pennsylvania. Cibulas attended Duquesne University. Cibulas made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 1 year career.
