Joe Cassidy (Joseph Phillip Cassidy) was born on February 8, 1883 in Chester, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on April 18, 1904 for the Washington Senators. In 1904, his rookie year, he hit .241 with 1 home run and 33 RBI. Cassidy played for the Washington Senators for his entire 2 year career.
