Joe Burns (Joe Frank Burns) was born on September 15, 1979 in Thomasville, Georgia. After going to high school at Thomas County Central (Thomasville, GA), Burns attended Georgia Institure of Technology. Burns made his professional debut in the NFL in 2002 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 2003 was Joe Burns's best year.
