Joe Biscaha (Joseph Daniel Biscaha) was born on June 1, 1937 in Clifton, New Jersey. After going to high school at Pope Piux XII (Passaic, NJ), Biscaha attended the University of Richmond. Biscaha made his professional debut in the NFL in 1959 with the New York Giants. He played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the New York Giants the entire time. Biscaha also played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the Boston Patriots the entire time.

Most people believe that 1959 was Joe Biscaha's best year.
