Jitter Fields (Alfred Fields) was born on August 16, 1962 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at Grady Spruce (Dallas, TX), Fields attended the University of Texas. Fields made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs and New Orleans Saints over the course of his 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1984 was Jitter Fields's best year.
