Jimmy Armstrong (James Berton Armstrong) was born on June 18, 1962. After going to high school at Lucy Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC), Armstrong attended Appalachian State University. Armstrong made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
