Jimmie Carter (Jimmie Renerd Carter) was born on July 26, 1961 in Weimar, Texas. After going to high school at Reagan (Austin, TX), Carter attended the University of New Mexico. Carter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
