Jim Weatherall (James Preston Weatherall) was born on October 26, 1929 in Graham, Texas. After going to high school at White Deer (TX), Weatherall attended the University of Oklahoma. Weatherall made his professional debut in the NFL in 1955 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Detroit Lions and Washington Redskins over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that 1956 was Jim Weatherall's best year.
