Jim Waskiewicz (James A. Waskiewicz) was born on February 10, 1944 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After going to high school at East (Wichita, KS), Waskiewicz attended Wichita State University. Waskiewicz made his professional debut in the AFL in 1966 with the New York Jets. He played in the AFL for 2 years, playing for the New York Jets the entire time. Waskiewicz also played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Atlanta Falcons the entire time.

Most people believe that 1969 was Jim Waskiewicz's best year.
