Jim Thrower

Jim Thrower (James Frederick Thrower) was born on November 6, 1947 in Camden, Arkansas. After going to high school at Lincoln (Camden, AR), Thrower attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University-Commerce. Thrower made his professional debut in the NFL in 1970 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1971 was Jim Thrower's best year.
