Jim Talbott (James Stropes Talbott) was born on July 26, 1893 in Marco, Indiana. After going to high school at Linton (IN), Talbott attended the University of North Dakota. Talbott made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Hammond Pros. He played for the Hammond Pros for his entire 1 year career.
